Exchange Policy

If you have a problem with any of our plants and think one might be defective, take a picture as soon as you can. Explain in detail what the issues is. We will make it right by free exchange, refund, or store credit. The choice is yours. Any clone issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to qualify. Please make sure you plant your clones as soon as possible.
